How do I purchase a product from you?
Ordering online from us is very easy. Simply find the product that you would
like to buy by first selecting a category.
Select your item and click on the "buy now" button next to the product and the item you have chosen will be added to your shopping
basket. You will be taken to our secure shopping cart page which shows you
the contents of your shopping basket. You may remove an item at any time if
you make a mistake or change your mind. You may also change the number of
items that you wish to purchase. If you want to buy some other items you may
continue shopping by clicking on the Continue Shopping button.
Once you have filled your basket with everything you want, click
the Checkout button to carry on to the checkout. This will take you
to a page where you can log in to your account. If yoiu don't already have an account
you can make one here. Next time you return to our shop you won't need to fill out all your details again as you can
simply log in to your existing account. Once you have created an account or logged in to your already existing account
simply follow the online instructions to finish your order.
It is perfectly safe to enter your card details in our secure online shop. Finally you will be asked to review
the details of your order, your delivery address and your billing details.
You can still make changes at this point. If it is all correct then press
pay and your card will be charged for your purchase.
You will receive an email from us shortly confirming your order and your
products will be sent by Australia Post on the next working day.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes - If you prefer not to order online simply call us on 02 66 855190 with
your credit card details and we will take your order over the phone 7 days a week.
How do I remove an item from my shopping basket?
Click on the shopping cart arrow if you are not already looking at your shopping
basket page. Check the box in the remove column next to the item you no longer
want and click the update basket button.
How do I order more than one of a particular item?
Once you have ordered one item buy clicking on the buy now button you can
easily change the quantity for your purchase. Click on the shopping cart arrow
if you are not already looking at your shopping basket page. Change the number
in the quantity column next to the item and click the update basket button. Then click the Checkout button to carry on to the checkout or
click on "continue shopping" to ... well... continue shopping.
How much shipping and handling do you charge?
We currently charge 10% of the purchase price for shipping and handling within Australia.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Yes we are happy to ship worldwide. We can invoice you for additional postage costs.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We use a secure system to gather credit card information.
I've been to your shop and seen a product that I want but I don't see it
on your website. Can I order it from you?
Yes - simply
contact us with the details of the product you want and as long as we have it in stock
we will invoice you and send it on to you. If we don't have it in stock we will let you know when we expect to get it.
If we do not have the product you want we'd be happy to source it for you. |
